Two sides, one rule: verified operators, bookings in the open, and nobody taking a cut in the middle.
For operators
List free.
Add your seat, the sectors you have run inside, your rate, availability and CV. We verify your LinkedIn against it before anything goes live, usually within one business day.
Switch on when you're taking calls.
Available now is a free toggle in your dashboard. It stays on for 30 days at a time and we ask you to confirm before it expires, so the green badge is never stale.
Take the call, keep the deal.
Companies request a booking and you accept or decline within three days. On accept they get your direct contact and you agree terms with them yourself. We never sit inside the engagement, so whatever you charge is what you keep.
Featured is chosen by getoperators and never sold. Reviews come only from companies that booked and hired through the bench.
Once you are listed you can read Open roles, the roles companies post themselves. Applying is free, and a brief is only shown to operators on the bench because it names the seat a company cannot fill and what it will pay.

Request a booking, or post the role.
Book an operator directly in two minutes and your details go to them alone. Or post it free on Open roles and let verified operators apply to you. The board is fractional and interim work; a permanent hire runs through Retained instead.
They reply within three days.
On accept you get their direct contact and contract with them directly. If nobody replies inside three days the request expires, we tell you, and we put three comparable operators in front of you.

Can't find the person, or don't have the time? We run the search for you. $999 to run it and put three vetted operators in front of you, then $2,500 only if you hire one. Both numbers agreed before anything starts, and the operator pays nothing either way.
