getoperators is a directory of fractional executives: CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, COOs and senior operators who run companies a few days a week on a monthly retainer. These aren't freelancers. They're operators who've been in the seat, verified against LinkedIn with a CV on file and availability confirmed.

Most executive hiring runs through layers of process before you meet a single person. getoperators is direct. A company finds the operator, requests a booking, and negotiates with them directly; we are never a party to the engagement and never take a cut of it.

Listing is free, browsing is free, and Available now is a status an operator sets themselves rather than a placement we sell. We make money one way, and it is labelled on every page: Operator Search, where a company pays us to run the search instead of running it themselves. Slate and Engaged for fractional and interim seats, Retained for permanent hires with our search partner. That is the whole of it. The one asset we have to protect is an accurate bench, so nothing here is for sale except our own work: not a place on it, not a rank on it, and not a seat on a shortlist.
